Spaghetti Bolognese

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz spaghetti noodles

1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat.

2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the onion is soft.

3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5. Serve the spaghetti topped with the bolognese sauce and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
