Potato Lyonnaise

Potato Lyonnaise (Nancy's holiday potatoes)

8 medium yellow potatoes
3 large onions

Night before: 
Cook potatoes, chill, and peel.

Next day:

preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice potatoes thinly.
Slice onions.
Saute onions
oil a 9x13 casserole pyrex
Layer potato then onion, sprinkle with paprika, repeat until used up, sprinkle with salt.

Bake for 1 hour.
