Pork Chops


* 4 bone-in pork chops
* 2 tsps olive oil
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp dried oregano


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano.

4. Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

6. Remove from the oven and allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

7. Serve with your preferred sides like roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
