Meatball Sliders


- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- Marinara sauce (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
3. Form the mixture into 12 meatballs.
4. Place the meatballs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are fully cooked through.
5. Assemble the sliders by placing a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom of each bun, followed by a meatball, and then a spoonful of marinara sauce (if using). Top with the other half of the bun.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
