Maccaroni Salad


- 8 ounces elbow macaroni 
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion 
- 1/4 cup chopped celery 
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper 


1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add cooled macaroni to the mayonnaise mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Stir in chopped red onion, celery, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
5. Chill macaroni salad in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
