Krispy Kale Rice


- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 bunch of kale, destemmed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)


1. In a large pan or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped kale to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
4. Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
5. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Krispy Kale Rice!

Note: Feel free to customize this recipe by adding other vegetables or protein of your choice, such as carrots, peas, tofu, or chicken.
