Instant Pot Tikka Masala Paneer


- 1 block of paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish


1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until softened.
2. Add the spices (garam masala, coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika) and cook for another minute.
3. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the paneer cubes and stir to coat in the sauce.
5. Cancel the sauté function and secure the lid on the Instant Pot. Select the manual setting and cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
6. Once the cooking is complete, do a quick release of the pressure.
7. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt to taste.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
9. Enjoy the Instant Pot Tikka Masala Paneer with rice or naan.
