Hungarian stuffed bell peppers

10 bell (green or your choice) peppers cored
2lbs ground chicken
2lbs ground pork
2 eggs
1.5cup cooked rice
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1/2 cup Butter and 6 Tbsp flour for roux
Celery salt
1/2 cup sugar
3-46 ounce cans tomato juice

Stir meats, add eggs, add rice, add spices. Stuff meat mixture into peppers. Roll any extra meat mix into balls. Cook stuffed peppers, covered in tomato juice in a large pot until meat day runs white.

Make roux in a saucepan, add some juice from the pot to thin out the roux. Add roux to the pot. Add sugar, to taste.
