Homemade Alfredo Sauce


- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Add heavy cream and stir continuously until it starts to simmer.
3. Add Parmesan cheese and continuously stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately over your favorite pasta or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
