French Salad Dressing


- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper


1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
2. Gradually add the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well emulsified and blended.
3. Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
4. Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container and let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Shake well before using it as a dressing for your salads.

Note: You can store the French salad dressing in the refrigerator for up to a week.
