Clam Dip

Clam Dip (Adele's)

1 shepherds or sourdough round loaf
3 cans minced clams, drained but juice reserved
2 8oz cream cheese
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped green onion
1/2 tsp salt
6 drops tabasco

Preheat oven to 250 degrees

Mix all ingredients (except bread) until creamy.
Remove top of bread and pull out soft insides into large chunks.
Put in dip and replace cover.
Wrap loaf in foil, bake for 3 hours

Serve with large chunks of bread

Prep time: 10-15 minutes
Serves 12-14
