Chicken tortilla soup

1)check for ingredients in the pantry 2)cook and shred 3 chicken breasts (low and slow, uncovered). If time is limited, can chop raw chicken instead of shredding cooked chicken. 
3) Sauté 1⁄2 a chopped onion and a chopped bell pepper

Add all the ingredients below:
chicken breasts
1 small can green chilis
One can beans (black, pinto, garbanzo your choice)
2 green bell peppers chopped
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 of a chipotle pepper, seeds removed, and 0.5-1 teaspoon adobo sauce or more to taste (from canned “chipotle in adobo”)
Garlic to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Simmer low and serve with:
tortilla chips
Sour cream
olives, sliced
1⁄2 bundle fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges
